Job Description/Overview:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Part-Time Senior Admin Assistant to join the Speech and Language Therapy team at City Health Care Partnership. This role involves providing administrative support to the team, including managing patient inquiries, referral processes, and appointment bookings, among other duties. The successful applicant will work closely with the team and take on supervisory responsibilities for junior staff and apprentices.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle patient inquiries and referral management.
Book appointments and manage diaries.
Take minutes and handle filing, typing, and orders.
Coordinate multidisciplinary meetings and assist with performance reporting.
Supervise junior staff and bank staff when needed.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and IT skills.
Experience in administrative roles within a healthcare setting.
Experience:
Previous experience in administrative support, particularly in a healthcare environment, preferred.
Skills:
Ability to work autonomously and unsupervised.
Team player with good organizational and communication skills.
