An exciting opportunity has opened for a part-time Administration Assistant at Cantley Health Centre. This role involves providing essential admin support to services, including acting as the first point of contact for patients and the public. The successful applicant will assist with general administrative tasks, handle calls, maintain records, and support the clinical teams.

Provide reception cover and maintain high levels of customer service.

Handle phone inquiries and direct them appropriately.

Update and maintain patient records on SystmOne.
Manage referrals and scanning services.
