Job Description/Overview:
Noumi Limited (ASX: NOU) is seeking a Field Sales Representative to help expand its MILKLAB brand across Western Australia. This role involves building relationships with café owners and baristas, promoting MILKLAB products, and offering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Build Relationships: Establish partnerships with café owners and baristas, offering MILKLAB gifts to show appreciation.
Market Insights: Gather and report market information from your assigned territory.
Product Sampling: Present and sample MILKLAB products, showcasing features and benefits to drive sales.
Territory Planning: Plan and organize visits to cafés efficiently.
Customer Service: Manage follow-ups, inquiries, and customer requests.
Collaboration: Work with distributor partners and internal teams.
Team Engagement: Participate in weekly meetings and regular training sessions.
Travel: Use a company vehicle to visit multiple cafés daily, with occasional regional travel and overnight stays.
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous field sales or customer service experience.
Skills: Strong communication, time management, and creative thinking abilities.
Tech Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
Driver’s License: Must have a valid Australian driver’s license.
Autonomy: Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
