Job Description/Overview:

Hewlett Packard (HP) is seeking a proactive and dynamic individual for the Inside Sales Retail Channel Team. This temporary (24-month) position involves managing complex sales assignments, driving marketing campaigns, and fostering client relationships within the retail sector. You will play a key role in advancing HP’s market presence and delivering innovative IT solutions to retail partners.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Proactively sell HP products, services, and supplies to support promotional and upgrade campaigns.

 

Develop and execute account plans in coordination with the Sales Team.

 

Drive new market penetration campaigns and identify emerging trends.

 

Manage end-to-end HP Partner-Led Marketing campaigns, including budget planning.

 

Build and nurture strong relationships with IT and business executives.

 

Analyze market research to create strategic client dialogues.

 

Contribute to merchandising and store-level marketing efforts.

 

Plan and execute sales training activities for retail partners.

 

Manage budgets and oversee campaign follow-up activities.

 

Qualifications:

 

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent education/experience).

 

2–4 years of experience in IT, marketing, or sales, preferably in the IT industry.

 

Strong knowledge of consumer business and the retail/online market.

 

Experience:

 

Expertise in multi-product/service sales and integrated solutions.

 

Project management and budget control experience.

 

Knowledge of retail POS structures and HP’s product portfolio.

 

Skills:

 

Excellent negotiation and selling skills with the ability to articulate HP’s value propositions.

 

Analytical mindset to manage budgets effectively.

 

Strong presentation and communication skills at the executive level.
