Job Description/Overview:
Lift Equipt, a leading material handling company, seeks a full-time Sales Representative to manage client relationships, explore new business opportunities, and drive growth in its Material Handling division. With a strong focus on premium products and exceptional customer service, this role offers career development in a dynamic team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients.
Identify and engage prospective clients to close new business.
Develop comprehensive knowledge of products to demonstrate equipment effectively.
Achieve sales targets using strategic selling techniques.
Perform market research and competitor monitoring.
Manage tenders, quotations, and account responsibilities.
Collaborate with the Sales Manager on marketing campaigns.
Provide exceptional customer service while building rapport with clients.
Occasionally travel interstate for client meetings and national sales initiatives.
Qualifications:
Strong telephone and interpersonal skills.
Proven sales experience, preferably in material handling or a related field.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to manage tasks independently and prioritize effectively.
Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools.
Cold calling expertise and strong problem-solving skills.
Experience:
Prior experience in a sales role, including cold calls and lead generation.
Experience with preparing and submitting tenders is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to achieve sales quotas through value-based selling.
Skills:
Sales-driven and results-oriented.
Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities.
Ability to represent premium brands with confidence.

Additional Information:
Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 per year.
