Position: Hotel Cleanliness Supervisor

Job Description:
The Hotel Cleanliness Supervisor will oversee the housekeeping team to ensure that quality standards are met across all guest rooms, public areas, and other facilities. This role requires managing daily housekeeping activities, coordinating efforts with multiple departments, and maintaining high guest satisfaction levels.
Responsibilities:
Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and pools after cleaning to ensure quality standards.
Run reports to verify room status and prioritize room cleaning.
Resolve issues related to room discrepancies in collaboration with the Front Desk.
Coordinate housekeeping efforts with the Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry departments.
Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and motivating housekeeping staff.
Document and communicate room assignments and status changes.
Follow and enforce company safety and security policies.
Maintain professional appearance and ensure the confidentiality of proprietary information.
Provide exceptional service to guests, addressing their needs and ensuring a positive experience.
Complete required paperwork and safety certifications.
Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
Supervisory Experience: Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
License or Certification: None required.
Key Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and maintain a high level of quality.
Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and pushing housekeeping carts.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
