Job Description/Overview
The Kitchen Equipment Technician will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing kitchen equipment, ensuring smooth operations for restaurants and food service establishments.
Key duties include:
Maintaining and repairing kitchen equipment like ovens, refrigerators, and dishwashers.
Installing and setting up new kitchen equipment.
Performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
Collaborating with kitchen staff to address equipment needs.
Communicating with food industry professionals and technical staff.
Keeping detailed records of repairs, services, and equipment inventories.
Providing excellent customer service to restaurant professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Perform regular maintenance and emergency repairs on kitchen equipment.
Install and set up new equipment as required.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.

Qualifications
