Job Description/Overview:
The Administrative Assistant will oversee office operations, manage staffing actions, and support project coordination. The role demands excellent organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and train workers.
Record and prepare minutes for meetings, seminars, and conferences.
Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies.
Schedule and confirm appointments.
Manage contracts and negotiate collective agreements.
Recruit, hire, and conduct performance reviews for staff.
Maintain and manage digital databases.
Supervise office and volunteer staff.
Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs.
Plan, organize, and evaluate daily operations.
Qualifications:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience:
7 months to less than 1 year.
Skills:
Ability to supervise and train others.
Strong organizational and recruitment capabilities.
Database management skills.
