Job Description/Overview:
The Technical Assistant will manage administrative procedures, oversee office support staff, and coordinate office services to ensure smooth operations within the construction company.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement new administrative procedures.
Delegate tasks to office support staff.
Coordinate office services such as accommodations, relocation, equipment, supplies, maintenance, and security.
Assemble data and prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence.
Oversee payroll administration and budget control.
Organize and schedule office work.
Perform data entry and coordinate office administrative procedures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience:
1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
Skills:
Proficiency in electronic scheduling, accounting software, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, and Google Drive.
