Position Overview
As an Assistant Store Manager at Lovisa, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Store Manager to achieve store targets, maintain high standards of store presentation, and deliver outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in driving sales and achieving store targets.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Ensure the store is visually appealing, well-stocked, and organized.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their jewelry selections.
- Take responsibility for store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Assist with inventory management, stock levels, and merchandising.
- Create a positive team environment and foster a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up to date with new products and trends.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Previous experience in retail or hospitality, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Skills: Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Personality: Energetic, goal-oriented, and passionate about fashion and retail.
- Requirements: Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, with flexibility for weekend shifts and holidays.
- Must be 18 years or older to apply.
