Job Description/Overview:
The Office Administrative Assistant will support daily office functions, manage appointments, and ensure smooth operation by implementing policies and maintaining records in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and implement policies and procedures.
Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
Determine and establish office procedures and routines.
Schedule and confirm appointments.
Answer telephone and electronic inquiries.
Greet people and direct them to appropriate contacts or service areas.
Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and documents.
Perform data entry.
Qualifications:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience:
7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience.
Skills:
Organized and detail-oriented.
Strong team player with a client-focused approach.
