Job Description/Overview:
Al Mulla Group is seeking an experienced Assistant Marketing Manager to support the development and execution of marketing strategies. The candidate will work closely with the Marketing Manager, coordinate with other departments, and manage marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Marketing Manager in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
Analyze market data to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
Collaborate with sales and product development teams to align marketing efforts.
Track and measure the performance of marketing initiatives to ensure effectiveness and ROI.
Prepare marketing budgets and monitor expenses.
Organize and attend promotional events and trade shows.
Develop engaging content for websites, social media, and email campaigns.
Oversee and manage the brand’s social media accounts.
Address customer comments and forward complaints to the relevant teams.
Create and schedule regular, creative social media posts to engage the audience.
Audit and analyze social media performance, including advertising costs and returns.
Assist with new product launches and events to improve brand awareness.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in marketing.
Experience:
Proven experience in managing social media campaigns and content creation.
Strong understanding of marketing strategies and tools.
Skills:
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency with social media platforms and content creation tools.
Strong computer skills.
Flexibility to work under tight schedules and during weekends.
