Job Description/Overview:
Alchemy Global Talent Solutions is partnering with a leading Serviced Apartment brand in Kuwait to find a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager. The successful candidate will develop and execute strategies to enhance revenue, foster strong client relationships, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and strengthen market presence.
Align sales initiatives with overall business objectives in collaboration with the executive team.
Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and stakeholders in the Serviced Apartment sector.
Analyze client needs and deliver tailored solutions to exceed expectations.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay competitive.
Identify new business opportunities and leverage market insights.
Track and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing detailed reports for management.
Take corrective measures to meet or exceed sales goals.
Represent the brand at industry events and networking opportunities to enhance visibility.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the Serviced Apartment industry, ideally in the GCC region.
Strong knowledge of the Serviced Apartment market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
A results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Experience:
Previous experience in sales management, particularly in the Serviced Apartment or hospitality sector.
Skills:

Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
