Job Description/Overview:

Brink’s Security Luxembourg is looking for a dedicated and dynamic Sales Security Services Representative. This role is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of clients, developing new business opportunities, and strengthening relationships with existing customers. The role also includes preparing sales reports, liaising with internal teams, and achieving sales goals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients.

 

Serve as the primary point of contact for all clients, ensuring excellent customer service.

 

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

 

Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profits.

 

Ensure the successful and timely delivery of solutions in alignment with customer needs.

 

Communicate sales progress to internal stakeholders on a monthly/quarterly basis.

 

Forecast and track key account metrics and sales results.

 

Collaborate with the sales team to identify and develop new opportunities within the assigned territory.

 

Respond to customer requests and resolve any issues as needed.

 

Comply with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards related to quality and environmental management.

 

Qualifications:

 

Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a sales representative, account manager, or in a similar role.

 

Strong experience with MS Office, especially MS Excel.

 

Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously with attention to detail.

 

Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.

 

Strong oral and written communication skills.

 

A Bac +2 or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.

 

Experience:

 

Proven track record in sales and account management.

 

Experience in delivering customer-focused solutions.

 

Skills:

 

Strong negotiation and customer relationship management skills.

 

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 

Excellent organizational and reporting skills.
