Job Description/Overview:

Otis is strengthening its customer relations department and is seeking a proactive, enthusiastic Customer Care Desk Assistant to join their team. This role focuses on delivering superior customer service and enhancing customer experience through various communication channels. You will be responsible for coordinating requests and complaints, monitoring breakdowns, and ensuring customer satisfaction by collaborating closely with different departments.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Manage relationships with internal and external customers via email, mail, and phone, addressing requests and complaints.

 

Issue, negotiate, and follow up on weekly tasks (Tass).

 

Work closely with the Sales & Field organization to ensure customer satisfaction.

 

Monitor breakdowns, work schedules, and maintenance of devices.

 

Coordinate maintenance contract bookings with sales representatives.

 

Ensure the order registration process is carried out correctly.

 

Collaborate daily with your manager and the Branch Manager to prioritize and track customer files.

 

Qualifications:

 

Baccalaureate level diploma (BTS, DUT, etc.) or a DAP in Administrative and Commercial Agent.

 

More than 1 year of proven experience in customer relations.

 

Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and effective inter-departmental collaboration.

 

Excellent communication skills and proficiency in the office suite.

 

English proficiency is essential, with fluency in German or Luxembourgish being a plus.

 

Experience:

 

Proven experience in customer relations and support roles.

 

Ability to handle multiple tasks and deliver quick, effective solutions.

 

Skills:

 

Strong empathy and active listening skills.

 

Proactive attitude and decision-making abilities.

 

Organizational and communication skills.

 

Initiative and team collaboration.

 

Salary and Benefits:

 

Salary: €2,800 – €3,500 per month, based on profile.

 

Benefits: Tickets restaurant, annual bonus, 26 days of vacation, and remote work (up to 2 days per week, as per country regulations).
