Job Description/Overview:
Bromley Healthcare – Care at Home is recruiting compassionate caregivers to deliver high-quality domiciliary care to service users, enabling them to live fulfilling lives while staying in their homes. This role involves providing person-centered care tailored to individual lifestyles and needs.
The position offers full-time and part-time opportunities with flexible shift patterns to accommodate evening, weekend, or childcare schedules. Note that this role does not qualify for a sponsorship visa.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide personal care, including washing, dressing, bathing, and medication monitoring.
Assist with meal preparation, shopping, and cleaning tasks.
Support service users in accessing social and leisure activities.
Promote health, well-being, and independence.
Maintain accurate records and report changes in service users’ conditions.
Perform manual handling tasks using appropriate equipment.
Work flexible shifts, including alternate weekends.
Qualifications:
Kind, caring, and compassionate approach.
Understanding of person-centered care principles.
Experience:
Previous experience in domiciliary care is desirable but not essential.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
