Position Overview
As a Key Holder at Lovisa, you will support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving store targets, ensuring the store remains presentable, and delivering outstanding customer service. You will also play a key role in maintaining a bright, energetic store environment while building relationships with customers and fellow team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Support store management in achieving sales goals and targets.
- Maintain store presentation and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their jewelry selections.
- Act as a role model for junior team members and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Help with store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Manage stock levels and assist with inventory management.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and assist customers with fashion and styling advice.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Prior experience in retail or hospitality preferred.
- Skills: Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Personality: Energetic, motivated, and passionate about fashion and retail.
- Requirements: Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
