We are looking for a talented Content Writer to join our dynamic Learning Experience Team. In this role, you’ll create concise, engaging copy that drives learning outcomes and supports the development of new skills for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Collaborate with Learning Experience Designers to write courses, animation scripts, infographics, and assessments.
- Clear and Punchy Copy: Write short, engaging content that captures learners’ attention and aligns with clients’ tone-of-voice guidelines.
- Instructional Writing: Develop clear, concise instructions that are easy to follow.
- Content Structuring: Structure content based on client and learner needs.
- Proofreading & Review: Review, proofread, and quality-assure your colleagues’ work, making suggestions for improvements.
- Collaboration: Work with external talent, including animators, designers, writers, and videographers to develop learning resources.
- Marketing & Tenders: Support in writing marketing copy and tenders.
- Interactive Learning: Build interactive activities using e-learning authoring tools (training will be provided).
Core Requirements
- Exceptional Writing: An exceptionally high standard of written English with the ability to adapt your writing to different media and audiences.
- Research Skills: Strong research skills to support content creation.
- Creative Flair: A creative approach with the ability to present ideas convincingly and succinctly.
- Problem-Solving: The ability to think on your feet and solve challenges.
- IT Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Team Player: Ability to manage your workload, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with a team.
Desirable Experience
- Experience in the learning technology industry or similar fields.
- Familiarity with authoring tools like Evolve or WordPress.
- Experience in creating audio and/or video content for the web.
