Job Description / Overview
The role involves assisting walk-in customers, managing leasing and rental inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction while meeting sales objectives. Candidates will promote the brand, initiate business opportunities, and maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist walk-in customers in selecting rental and leasing options.
Contact customers regularly to retain and expand leasing business across all brands.
Plan and monitor weekly, monthly, and yearly sales activities for effectiveness.
Achieve defined sales and profit objectives.
Promote the brand and initiate new client opportunities.
Establish and maintain client relations to foster repeat business.
Gather and analyze competitors’ business activities and products.
Maintain detailed sales records and prepare regular sales reports.
Update existing clients on new offers and promotions.
Follow up on contract renewals and payments periodically.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Division Manager or Management.
Qualifications
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales or a related field (automotive experience preferred).
Proficient in computer applications with multitasking abilities.
Pleasant appearance and a customer-oriented approach.
Experience
2-3 years of experience in sales (preferably in the automotive industry).
Skills
Customer relationship management
Communication (English and Arabic)
Computer literacy
Sales reporting and analysis
