Job Description/Overview:
IL Cosmetics, a global leader in the subcontracting makeup industry, is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee operations at its central warehouse in Luxembourg. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing the receiving, handling, storing, picking, and packing activities to ensure quality standards are met, achieving inventory accuracy, coordinating order fulfillment, and tracking shipping.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily warehouse operations, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, and customer service.
Develop and improve warehouse operations systems, including product handling, storage, equipment utilization, and shipping methods.
Train and manage the warehouse team, solving operational issues and meeting performance goals.
Control and manage inventory, logistics, and the flow of goods.
Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing standards and complying with legal regulations.
Coordinate with the Purchasing team and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues.
Manage transportation logistics, ensuring compliance and optimizing routes.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve efficiency.
Ensure high customer satisfaction by resolving warehouse and logistics-related issues.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, or Business Administration.
At least 3 years of experience in a warehouse management role.
Proficiency with warehouse procedures, policies, and inventory control.
Strong problem-solving skills, leadership abilities, and communication skills.
Fluent in English and French; other languages are a plus.
Excellent team collaboration and feedback delivery skills.
Experience:
3+ years of warehouse management experience
Proven ability to manage and lead teams
Experience in logistics and inventory management
Skills:
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively at all levels
Proficiency in warehouse operations and procedures
