Job Description/Overview:
The Emile Weber Group is looking for several Call Center Agents to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing telephone support, actively selling taxi products, advising customers, and entering taxi reservations, all while ensuring high-quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide phone call support and customer advice.
Actively sell taxi products and services.
Enter taxi reservations into the system.
Ensure high-quality customer response service.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a call center or similar role is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Good geographical knowledge of Luxembourg.
Proficiency with telecommunications and IT tools.
Fluent in Luxembourgish, French, German, and English (additional languages are an advantage).
Strong listening skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
Helpful, polite, organized, stress-resistant, and rigorous in approach.
Strong team spirit.
Willingness to work flexible hours.
Experience:
Previous call center or customer service experience is preferred.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented attitude.
Familiarity with IT and telecommunications tools.
