Job Description/Overview:
Mobicore is seeking a passionate Sales Representative for its Polestar Space in Luxembourg to help redefine the electric mobility experience. As a Polestar brand ambassador, you will play a key role in promoting sustainable, high-end mobility solutions and offering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Welcome and Advice: Provide a warm, personalized welcome and share the brand’s passion for performance and sustainability with customers.
Test Drive Coordination: Organize and manage test drives, ensuring an immersive presentation of various Polestar models.
Customer Support: Guide customers through their entire journey, from the first visit to delivery, offering personalized follow-up.
Vehicle Deliveries: Organize and present vehicle deliveries, ensuring customers are well-informed about the vehicle’s features.
Collaboration and Feedback: Work with the technical and marketing teams to relay customer feedback, contributing to service development and brand excellence.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
Skills: Strong interest in customer satisfaction, team-oriented, organized, and capable of both fieldwork and administrative tasks.
Languages: Fluency in French and English is required; German and Luxembourgish are a plus.
Attributes: Passion for the automotive sector and mobility, autonomous, initiative-taking, and a strong sense of service.
