Job Description/Overview
Prosper Consulting, a leading multi-disciplinary construction consultancy with over 44 years of experience, is seeking a Senior Building Surveyor for their Barnet branch. Established in 1977, the company has grown to provide integrated design, property, and construction services, operating across four offices in the South of England.
In this role, you will manage projects from inception to completion while mentoring junior team members and delivering exceptional client care.
Key Responsibilities
Manage construction projects across Education, Residential, Offices, Leisure, and Care Homes sectors.
Perform contract administration (JCT Suite of Contracts).
Provide mentorship and support to junior team members.
Ensure exceptional client-facing services and client care.
Qualifications
Degree in a construction-related discipline.
3–5 years of industry experience, preferably in a consultancy environment.
Strong understanding of client demands and ability to exceed expectations.
Skills
Excellent time management and workload prioritization.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to work independently or within a team.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Experience
Prior experience managing projects across relevant sectors.
Expertise in contract administration and project delivery.
