Job Description/Overview:
Scandia Luxembourg, a leading Volvo dealer in Luxembourg City and Diekirch, is looking for a dedicated Sales Representative for their Volvo Scandia site in Diekirch. The role focuses on promoting and selling used vehicles, providing expert advice, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Promoting and Selling Used Vehicles: Achieve sales objectives by selling used vehicles.
Advising Customers: Guide customers in choosing vehicles and financing options that meet their needs.
Follow-Up and Finalizing Sales: Manage customer files and finalize sales.
Customer Needs Analysis: Conduct fleet studies, offer professional advice, and present tailored solutions.
Customer Relations: Ensure ongoing monitoring and management of customer relationships.
Participating in Events: Represent the company at trade fairs and open days.
Qualifications:
Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience in a sales position within the automotive sector, preferably with a premium brand.
Skills: Mastery of automotive sales specifics (financing, warranties, maintenance contracts, accessories).
Attributes: A passion for automobiles, strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, and a dynamic, organized personality.
