Job Description/Overview:
A2A Security Agency Inc. is seeking an experienced and organized Office Administrative Assistant to handle key office operations, supervise and train staff, and ensure smooth daily activities within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Arrange and coordinate seminars and conferences
Supervise and train other workers
Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
Determine and establish office procedures and routines
Schedule and confirm appointments
Answer telephone calls and electronic enquiries
Oversee preparation of reports
Respond to employee questions and complaints
Order office supplies and maintain inventory
Greet and direct visitors to appropriate contacts or service areas
Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
Qualifications:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience:
1 year to less than 2 years
Skills:
Ability to multitask
Strong oral and written communication skills
Flexibility and sound judgment
Teamwork and organizational abilities
