Job Description/Overview:
Avery Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join their team at Ascot Grange Care Home in Sunninghill. The role focuses on delivering high standards of personal care and ensuring residents’ comfort and dignity. As part of Avery Healthcare, you will help create meaningful lives for residents in one of the UK’s leading luxury elderly care providers.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide personal care and support to residents, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
Assist with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
Recognize and understand clinical risk areas.
Maintain courteous interactions with residents and visitors.
Adhere to safe systems of work and health and safety practices.
Collaborate with the care team to ensure service continuity.
Qualifications:
Compassionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated to elderly care.
Experience:
Experience in a care environment is desirable but not mandatory.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Attention to detail and understanding of clinical risks.
Salary:
£11.90 per hour
