Position: Non-Financial Risk Manager

Job Description/Overview:
Deutsche Börse Group is looking for a Non-Financial Risk Manager to support the identification, measurement, monitoring, and reporting on non-financial risks within Clearstream Group. This role will involve the development of risk scenarios and indicators, validating risks, and advising business units to improve their risk management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, measure, and report on non-financial risks within Clearstream Group.
Support business units in developing risk scenarios and risk indicators.
Validate identified non-financial risks, including analysis of loss data and audit findings.
Provide advice and support to business units for proactive risk management.
Develop and maintain risk management concepts, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications:
University degree in computer science, economics, mathematics, or related fields.
Knowledge of relevant risk management regulations and frameworks.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Non-Financial Risk Management, Operational Risk Management, IT Audit, or IT Consulting.
Experience in international banking or securities processing is preferred.
Skills:
Proficiency in programming languages like Python is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to explain complex concepts to non-experts.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
