Job Description
Arla Foods is looking for an Assistant Brand Manager to join their marketing team in Sipoo for a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will work with well-known brands like Arla Protein, Arla Lempi, and Keso, collaborating closely with both global and local teams. You will assist in the creation and execution of brand marketing strategies, product launches, and innovation pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
Localize and implement global brand marketing plans.
Assist in managing innovation pipelines and new product launches.
Be a project manager for specific product launches to drive growth.
Act as an ambassador for Arla brands internally and externally.
Who You Are
You have 2-5 years of brand marketing experience, ideally within FMCG.
You are a self-starter with excellent communication and multitasking skills.
Strong project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Fluency in Finnish and English.
