Job Description/Overview:
LeadDesk is looking to hire a Sales Operations Assistant to support their newly established Sales Operations function. This role offers the opportunity to shape the role based on individual strengths and interests. You will be tasked with supporting the sales teams by managing contracts, order changes, customer invoicing, and updates to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer invoicing and ensure timely communication with customers and sales teams.
Resolve invoicing queries and special cases.
Generate reports for customers and authorities as needed.
Work with other departments (Legal, Finance, CPaaS) to ensure compliance with sales contracts.
Assist with managing customer and sales data in HubSpot CRM and other systems.
Perform other financial and sales administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
Fluency in written and spoken English (primary working language).
Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
Solution-oriented, analytical mindset, and the ability to work with deadlines.
Team-oriented with a willingness to take ownership of tasks.
Ethical conduct and a valid work permit for Finland.
Experience:
Prior experience in sales or sales operations is a bonus, but not required.
Experience with CRM/financial software/tools is advantageous.
Skills:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Analytical and solution-driven.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
