Position Overview
We are seeking a Cleaner/Wardsperson to join the operational services team at Metro South Health. In this role, you will ensure the cleanliness of various clinical and administrative areas, adhering to high-quality service standards, health, and safety policies. The position requires attention to detail and the ability to maintain cleaning equipment in top condition.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow defined service quality standards, health and safety policies to deliver high-quality and safe cleaning services.
- Clean clinical and administrative areas using approved cleaning equipment and chemicals.
- Maintain all cleaning equipment in good working order, following manufacturer guidelines.
Talent Profile
- Experience in operational services or a similar role (cleaning, housekeeping, or facilities management).
- Knowledge of workplace safety and cleaning protocols.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high service standards.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
