Job Description/Overview:
MILER XPRESS INC is looking for a motivated Office Administrative Assistant to manage office operations and ensure seamless workflow. This is a full-time, permanent on-site position.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures.
Coordinate information flow within the team.
Direct and control daily operations.
Open and distribute mail and other materials.
Plan and organize daily operations.
Establish and implement office policies and procedures.
Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
Schedule and confirm appointments.
Manage contracts and maintain inventory.
Answer telephone calls and relay messages.
Compile data, statistics, and other information.
Arrange travel, itineraries, and reservations.
Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate service areas.
Set up and maintain filing systems (manual and computerized).
Type and proofread correspondence and forms.
Qualifications:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience:
7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience.
Skills:
Proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Windows, MS Office, Adobe Acrobat Reader, and Google Drive.
Excellent oral and written communication.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail, flexibility, and adaptability.
Additional Information:
Basic security clearance and criminal record check are required.
Willingness to relocate and travel regularly.
Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Work Conditions:
Tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, and large caseload.
