Job Description/Overview:
A motivated Call Centre Operator is needed to join the team in Grafton, NSW, for a temporary contract starting from 6 January 2025 to 28 February 2025, with the possibility of extension. The role involves delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment and supporting the team with administrative and operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service by identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
Adapt to evolving processes, procedures, and technologies to meet service requirements.
Efficiently use multiple computer-based systems to support daily business operations.
Take ownership of customer interactions from initial contact through to resolution.
Collaborate with team members to ensure excellence in service delivery.
Qualifications:
Knowledge and/or experience in a customer-focused service environment.
Ability to adapt, learn, and implement new processes and technologies.
Strong communication skills and proven ability to build rapport with customers.
Proficient in using multiple computer-based systems, with the ability to learn new software quickly.
Experience:
Previous experience in a customer service role is essential.
Skills:
Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Flexibility to adapt to new systems and procedures.
Additional Information:
Hourly Rate: $34.58 per hour + Superannuation.
Work Hours: Maximum 7 hours per day, 35 hours per week.
Work Location: Onsite at the Grafton office (daily commute required).
