Job Description/Overview:
Luxpro Cleaning Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. The position is full-time, permanent, and requires work on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and meetings.
Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures.
Coordinate HR department activities to meet organizational goals.
Oversee daily operations, budget planning, and expenditure control.
Supervise and train staff.
Establish office procedures, policies, and routines.
Manage contracts, training strategies, and report preparation.
Recruit and hire staff.
Evaluate work environments and ensure health and safety compliance.
Qualifications:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience:
7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience.
Skills:
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage and direct daily operations.
Knowledge of HR and administrative procedures.
