Job Description/Overview:
Noumi Limited (ASX: NOU), an Australian company dedicated to “Imagining a Healthier Tomorrow,” is seeking a Field Sales Representative to grow its MILKLAB brand within the café market. This role involves building relationships with café owners and baristas, promoting MILKLAB products, and delivering exceptional customer service in Sunshine, Melton, and surrounding suburbs.
Key Responsibilities:
Build Relationships: Partner with café owners and baristas, offering MILKLAB gifts to show appreciation.
Market Insights: Gather and report market information within your assigned territory.
Product Sampling: Present and sample MILKLAB products, highlighting features and benefits to drive sales.
Territory Planning: Plan visits and manage time effectively to cover the assigned territory.
Customer Service: Handle follow-ups, requests, and customer inquiries efficiently.
Collaborate: Work with distributor partners and the internal team.
Team Engagement: Attend weekly meetings and regular training sessions.
Travel: Visit multiple cafés daily, with occasional regional trips and overnight stays.
Qualifications:
Customer Engagement: Proven experience in customer service and sales.
Field Sales Experience: Previous experience in field sales (preferred).
Skills: Strong communication, time management, and creative problem-solving abilities.
Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
Driver’s License: A valid Australian driver’s license is required.
Team Player: Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
