Job Description/Overview:
Avery Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to join their team at Highcliffe Care Home in Sunderland. The role involves providing high-quality personal care to residents, including assistance with personal hygiene, understanding clinical risks, and ensuring dignity and respect are maintained at all times. Comprehensive induction and training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide personal care for residents.
Assist with hygiene tasks, ensuring respect and dignity.
Recognize and understand clinical risk areas.
Maintain courteous behavior towards residents and their visitors.
Work as part of the team to ensure continuity of care.
Qualifications:
Enthusiastic and caring nature.
Experience:
No prior experience required; full training will be provided.
