Take on a pivotal leadership role as Client Services Director at a growing full-service creative and marketing agency. In this position, you will nurture client relationships, oversee the successful delivery of creative and marketing projects, and lead a high-performing team. As the bridge between clients and internal teams, you will drive growth and ensure the agency consistently delivers exceptional services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead client relationship management, ensuring satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
- Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and creative projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams across digital advertising, brand strategy, and content production.
- Drive account growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Ensure compliance, track account metrics, and prepare insightful client reports.

Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will have extensive agency experience and a strong understanding of marketing, media, and brand creative. You should have:
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication skills for building relationships with clients and internal teams.
- A strategic mindset with experience in driving business growth and client retention.
- Solid project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Experience in digital marketing is highly preferred.
