Job Description/Overview:
Compass Group Luxembourg, a leader in the Luxembourg market for business and personal services, is looking to expand its HR team by hiring an Assistant RH on a 3-month fixed-term contract. The role involves handling all aspects of human resources, including payroll, recruitment, training, and HR management, with the opportunity for the position to evolve based on company needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare employment contracts and create employee files.
Encode data into company systems (Wisal/Protime/Myprotime).
Manage integration, including welcome emails and email communication.
Oversee electronic signatures via Docusign.
Submit declarations to SNOCS and manage trial period follow-ups.
Organize and follow up on medical visits.
Physically and telephonically welcome employees.
Record employee absences in the system.
Manage workplace accidents and prepare related documents.
Handle maternity/parental leave and other employee requests.
Track work permits and manage training administration.
Monitor document receipts, such as criminal records and bank details.
Archive employee records and prepare monthly reports.
Prepare work certificates, U1 forms, and pay slips.
Handle employee exit declarations.
Qualifications:
Education: Minimum Bac +2/3 or equivalent experience in a similar role.
Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of Portuguese is a plus.
Other Qualities: Confidentiality, organizational skills, initiative, curiosity, multitasking, and positivity.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
