Job Description/Overview:
Chery Motor Australia is looking for an Area Sales Manager to manage its dealer zones in the Eastern Region (NSW/ACT). The role involves achieving sales targets, building strong relationships with dealers, and supporting dealership operations to promote the Chery brand effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular dealer visits to ensure effective communication and strong relationships.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and operational KPIs.
Support dealerships in stock management, sales, marketing activities, and showroom displays.
Identify and attend key local events to promote the dealership and Chery brand.
Train, motivate, and support dealership team members to exceed targets and objectives.
Monitor and manage stock in line with Chery Motor Australia’s expectations.
Ensure dealerships meet and maintain corporate standards as per the dealer agreement guidelines.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar OEM automotive role.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and CRM systems.
Analytical and results-oriented mindset with a passion for the automotive industry.
