Job Description/Overview
SWIO, a joint venture between LOSCH Luxembourg and SOCOM SA, is an innovative charging management solution for electric vehicles. Offering a comprehensive package that includes hardware, installation, coordination with electricity providers, and billing management, SWIO ensures a hassle-free experience for its customers.
The SWIO After Sales Officer will play a critical role in delivering exceptional technical support, managing product concepts, and maintaining the public charging network. This is a full-time role with a permanent contract, offering great opportunities in the fast-growing e-mobility sector.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct site visits and prepare quotes for residential clients.
Develop new product concepts.
Provide technical support for both private and professional customers.
Maintain and update the SWIO backend system.
Oversee the maintenance of the public SWIO charging network.
Qualifications
Educational Background:
Completed training in the electrotechnical field (or similar).
A DAP qualification is preferred.
Technical Skills:
Knowledge of Python, Modbus, and OCPP is an advantage.
Familiarity with LU regulations related to e-mobility is a plus.
Experience:
Initial experience in e-mobility and electricity production is advantageous.
Languages:
Proficient in French and English (mandatory).
Knowledge of Luxembourgish and German is a plus.
