Job Description/Overview
Rainstamp Manufacturing is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Forklift Operator to assist with the operation of equipment used to process large aluminum metal coils. This entry-level position offers paid training and the opportunity to learn the necessary skills to advance to a Machine Operator role.
Key Responsibilities
Work directly under a Machine Operator to assist in machinery operations.
Help with the changing of coils and moving them to the automated robotic packaging line.
Learn the techniques and skills required to be promoted to a Machine Operator.
Operate forklifts to handle coils and materials safely.
Skills and Requirements
Experience: 1-2 years of experience driving a forklift.
Skills: Basic understanding of warehouse operations and safety rules.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and climb. Must be able to lift 50 pounds individually and team lift 100 pounds.
Other: Ability to handle petty cash if needed.
Job Type:
Full-time (40 hours/week)
Shift: Rotating shifts between days and nights every 6 weeks.
Day Shift: Monday to Thursday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Some Fridays required).
Night Shift: Monday to Thursday, 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM (Some Fridays required).
Salary and Benefits
Salary: $21.42 per hour (base + bonus).
