As a Tradeshows & Showrooms Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing team, coordinating tradeshow operations, and managing showroom logistics. This position is full-time and comes with a permanent contract.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Tradeshow Coordination

 

Participate in tradeshow preparation meetings, taking notes and preparing reports.

 

Handle administrative tasks such as registrations, customs clearance, budget management, and order forms.

 

Establish and manage tradeshow checklists and operational books.

 

Coordinate tradeshow material delivery, pickup, and return in collaboration with warehouse staff.

 

Order and manage samples for tradeshows, showrooms, and the showroom truck.

 

Travel onsite for stand setup and dismantling.

 

Showroom & Inventory Management

 

Organize and review updates for European showrooms and the showroom truck.

 

Manage product inventories and restock samples for photo shoots.

 

Maintain inventories for prototypes and new product novelties.

 

Administrative Support

 

Assist the marketing team with administrative tasks, including financial aids (e.g., Office Ducroire).

 

Provide support for community management and other marketing operations.

 

Qualifications

 

Education: General or technical certificate; A-Level or Tech-Level diploma.

 

Languages: Fluent in French and English 

 

Experience:

 

Beginner (less than 1 year).

 

First Experience (1–2 years).

 

Experienced (2–5 years).

 

Proven experience (5+ years).

 

Skills

 

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

 

Highly motivated and capable of working independently.

 

Positive and constructive mindset when tackling challenges.

 

Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and tasks.

 

Effective communication skills with stakeholders, colleagues, and third parties.

 

Proficiency in MS Office and digital project management tools.

 

Comfort navigating social media and data analysis platforms.
