Job Description/Overview
LIP Luxembourg Sarl, part of the LIP Group with over 160 agencies and 600 permanent staff, is currently seeking a Sales Representative for one of its clients. This dynamic role will act as the bridge between the brewery and its retail and distribution partners, focusing on growing relationships and identifying new opportunities in France and Belgium. The role includes organizing beer tastings to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing retail and distribution partners.
Identify and acquire new distributors to expand the brewery’s market presence in France and Belgium.
Organize beer tastings to promote the brand and foster customer loyalty.
Actively engage with audiences and represent the brand at events.
Travel frequently within the assigned regions to meet clients and partners.
Qualifications
Fluent in French and English.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven experience in sales, ideally in the craft beer, beverage, or hospitality industry.
Familiarity with the craft beer market in France and Belgium is an advantage.
Ability to organize events and engage audiences effectively.
Willingness to travel frequently within assigned regions.
