Job Description/Overview
Randstad is seeking an experienced Customer Service Front End Representative (m/f) to join our client’s team. This role focuses on ensuring smooth order fulfillment processes while providing top-notch customer support.
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer order fulfillment activities in SAP systems.
Handle change requests, maintain customer master files, and communicate updates to relevant departments and customers.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding order status, changes, and follow-ups.
Verify and analyze the accuracy of order information to provide exceptional customer service.
Process daily control reports and prepare Pro forma invoices.
Follow up on payments (L/C, draft, cash before shipment).
Ensure quality service for both internal and external customers.
Conduct follow-up calls to survey respondents with concerns or questions.
Provide backup support to team members as needed.
Coordinate and follow up on requests for documentation and certificates.
Support the sales team with meeting or customer visit preparations, including addressing critical items.
Qualifications
Languages: Proficiency in English is required.
Experience: 2–5 years of professional experience in customer service or a related field.
Familiarity with SAP systems and order management processes is an advantage.
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Skills
Customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
