Job Description/Overview
Sodexo Luxembourg is seeking a Sales and Support Officer to join their sales department at the head office. The role involves assisting in managing and coordinating commercial offers and projects while playing a vital role in tender management and business development.
Key Responsibilities
Business Management:
Analyze and coordinate administrative needs for tender specifications.
Gather all relevant information for tender submissions.
Design and build commercial offers using Adobe Suite.
Manage the complete procedure for submitting commercial offers.
Drive improvements in the commercial offer process.
Handle CRM back-office activities, including team support, training, and KPI monitoring.
Administrative Management:
Update and manage the library of commercial and marketing standards.
Monitor market notices and calls for tender daily.
Follow procedures and update official documents, including ISO certifications.
Qualifications
Higher education diploma (Bac +2/3).
Proficiency in Adobe Indesign, Office Suite, and CRM solutions (Salesforce knowledge preferred).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Creative and proactive with a constructive spirit.
Marketing and communication knowledge is an asset.
Experience
3 to 5 years of professional experience in a sales department and tender management.
Skills
Fluency in English is highly advantageous.
Ability to deliver results on time with attention to detail.
Strong teamwork and interdepartmental collaboration skills.
