Job Description/Overview
Raiffeisen Bank SC, Luxembourg’s leading cooperative bank, is seeking a Junior Online Agency Sales Advisor for its “Marketing” department, “Online Agency” service. The Online Agency is a fully remote branch that serves as a strategic hub for current and future digital customers. As a Junior Online Agency Sales Advisor, you will contribute to the development of the agency’s commercial activities while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze customer needs and recommend tailored banking products and services.
Inform and advise clients about the bank’s offerings within the scope of the Online Agency’s activities.
Respond to daily customer inquiries via email and secure messaging.
Handle excess calls from the agency network, answering questions, and providing advice to customers and prospects.
Manage online requests, including account openings, personal loans, and contact forms.
Identify and pursue business opportunities for the bank.
Provide commercial monitoring of a client portfolio.
Perform regular checks and ensure compliance.
Collaborate with managers of other commercial professions and support entities.
Qualifications
Education: BAC to BAC+3 level or a minimum of 3 years’ professional experience, preferably in a commercial role.
Proficiency in T24 banking software is an advantage.
Knowledge of banking products and services.
Strong commercial skills, with excellent interpersonal abilities.
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Ability to adapt to a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience
Minimum of 3 years in a relevant commercial role.
Skills
Fluency in English ,
Luxembourgish, and French
