Job Description/Overview

Editus, a collaborative and data-driven company where data is at the core of our work. As a Customer Care Specialist Intern, you will play a key role in customer satisfaction and retention by ensuring smooth operations between our clients and our technological solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Client Contact & Scheduling: Initiate contact with clients via phone and email to schedule Customer Care appointments and ensure the smooth execution of interventions.

 

Platform Coordination: Work with the team to ensure client profiles are connected to Google, Meta, and Bing via our Presence Management solution.

 

Problem Solving & Follow-ups: Follow up with clients and resolve issues related to platform connections in collaboration with the Customer Experience Managers.

 

Collaboration with Internal Teams: Maintain constant communication with technical, creative, and commercial teams to resolve customer issues effectively.

 

Technical Issue Management: Manage and resolve issues with profiles not connected or validated by coordinating with the relevant teams.

 

Qualifications

 

Student pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or Customer Relations.

 

Interest in a career in customer service, particularly in digital marketing.

 

Familiarity with Google, Meta, and Bing platforms.

 

Strong communication and customer relationship skills.

 

Ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively with teams.

 

Experience

 

First experience (1-2 years).

 

Skills

 

Knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Google, Meta, Bing).

 

Excellent communication skills in French.

 

Problem-solving and customer-oriented mindset.

 

Teamwork and autonomy.

Additional Information

 

Internship duration: Minimum 6 months
