Job Description/Overview:
The Administrative Assistant will handle a range of office duties and ensure the smooth functioning of daily operations. This role is on-site and requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Determine and establish office procedures and routines.
Schedule and confirm appointments.
Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and handle electronic inquiries.
Compile data, statistics, and other information.
Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
Arrange travel, itineraries, and reservations.
Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas.
Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
Qualifications:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience:
1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience.
Skills:
Proficiency in Google Docs, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access), and MS Windows.
Knowledge of electronic schedulers.
Strong multitasking ability, flexibility, organization, and client focus.
Attention to detail and reliability.
Work Conditions:
Fast-paced environment.
Work under pressure.
