Job Description/Overview
The role involves handling cash transactions and managing stock with a focus on customer service and team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Manage cash register operations efficiently.
Handle and organize stock, including lifting and moving heavy items.
Ensure high-quality customer service, even during peak hours.
Take initiatives and responsibilities as needed.
Work collaboratively in a team environment.
Qualifications
Strong customer service skills.
Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy loads.
Punctual, reactive, and capable of maintaining calm under pressure.
Fluency in French is required; English, German, or Luxembourgish is a plus.
Experience
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail or a related field.
Educational Level
General or technical certificate preferred.
Skills
Dynamic, motivated, and flexible (able to work Saturdays).
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
