Job Description/Overview:
HUGO BOSS is seeking a Supervisor to join their team in Newcastle Gateshead. In this role, you will supervise and motivate team members on the sales floor to meet performance targets and KPIs, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will assist in coaching, developing, and training team members to improve product knowledge and sales skills, while maintaining a customer-centric approach to build a loyal customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, assist, and motivate team members on the sales floor to achieve individual and team performance targets and KPIs.
Support the management team in implementing action plans to achieve short- and long-term goals.
Coach and develop team members to continuously improve their product knowledge and selling skills.
Ensure a customer-centric approach to build a loyal customer base.
Use available tools effectively and ensure all procedures and policies are followed.
Monitor competitors and local market trends, sharing relevant findings with the Area Manager and retail team.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar management role within fashion and lifestyle retail.
Passionate about leading, motivating, and training team members.
Strong commercial acumen and brand knowledge.
Ability to be flexible and adaptable to business needs.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience in networking and relationship building.
Experience:
Proven experience in a retail management position, preferably in a fashion or lifestyle environment.
