Job Description/Overview:
HUGO BOSS is seeking a Supervisor for their HUGO store at Cheshire Oaks. In this role, you will supervise and motivate the team to achieve performance targets and KPIs, ensuring exceptional customer service is delivered. You will assist in training and developing team members, while fostering a customer-centric approach to build a loyal customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, assist, and motivate team members on the sales floor to achieve individual and team performance targets and KPIs.
Support the management team in implementing action plans to achieve business objectives.
Coach, develop, and train team members to continuously improve product and sales skills.
Maintain a customer-focused approach to build customer loyalty.
Ensure procedures and policies are followed and that all tools are effectively utilized.
Stay informed about competitors and local market trends, sharing findings with the Area Manager and retail team.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar management role within fashion and lifestyle retail.
Passionate about leading and motivating team members.
Strong commercial acumen and brand knowledge.
Ability to adapt to changing business needs.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience in networking and relationship-building.
Experience:
Proven experience in retail management, particularly in fashion and lifestyle environments.
